Rates:         

$300 per night two night minimum

$4,500 for 30 night stay

Stays over thirty days will be determined on a case by case basis.

50% payment deposit is due upon reservation.

Cancellation must be done seven days before check-in for a full refund.

50% of the deposit will be refunded if reservation is cancelled 24 hours before check in.

No deposit return within 24 hours of check in.

Rates are for up to 4 people, additional fee for groups over four.

Check in after 3PM/ Check out before 12PM for overnight stays.
